How to Submit a Request

Option 1: Self-Service (Logged-in Users)

If you have an account, you can:

Export your data: Use our API endpoint GET /api/v1/user/export with your Bearer token
Delete your account: Use our API endpoint DELETE /api/v1/account/delete

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to with:

Subject line: "Data [Access / Deletion / Export / Rectification] Request"
Your registered email address
Description of your specific request

We will respond within 30 days as required by GDPR. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

Verification

To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing any data request. For account holders, this can be done by logging in. For non-account holders, we may request additional information.
