1. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" of their personal information. Although we do not sell personal information, we honor and respect all privacy rights.

2. What Constitutes "Selling"?

Under CCPA, "selling" includes sharing personal data with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not:

• Sell your name, email, or any identifying information
• Sell your authentication data or usage patterns
• Share your data with advertisers or data brokers
• Monetize user data in any form

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

The only third-party data sharing occurs when:

• You authenticate via Google OAuth — Google processes your data per their privacy policy
• We use Cloudflare Turnstile for security — Cloudflare may process IP addresses for bot detection

These are service providers, not data buyers.

4. Exercising Your Rights

California residents can:

• Request access to their data via our Data Request page
• Request deletion via email at
• Use authorized agents by having them contact us on your behalf with written authorization

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
